The site Voyeur Web which began around 2000 was another early site that would go on to feature quite a few candid thong pictures. The watermark from this site can be seen on many classic whale tail shots.
Another site that would develop into a large source of candid thong pics would be The Candid Board. Begun in 2003, this candid site and it's forum featured voyeur categories such as upskirts, downblouse, beach shots, street shots and eventually an entire section devoted to VPL/Downback pictures.
